Suzie Foreman

Principal / Director

A Chartered Accountant and Governance Institute professional with over 20 years’ of experience within the UK and Australia. Suzie is the owner of Athena Corporate Pty Ltd, which specialises in the provision of Company Secretarial, Accounting, and Financial Reporting for listed and non-listed entities.

Suzie's experience at Big 4 accounting firm, senior leadership roles within corporate advisory and working with small cap to ASX Top 300 corporate listed entities has provided her with a broad range of exposure which is invaluable to clients as they evolve and face an ever-changing corporate landscape.

Suzie has been involved in the listing of over twelve companies on the ASX and AIM markets and participated in capital raisings exceeding $300 million. Suzie is currently Company Secretary to ASX listed entities Spectur Limited, The Go2 People Limited, Swift Networks Groups Limited and NickelSearch Limited, and has previously performed the roles of Company Secretary and Non-Executive director to a number of ASX listed entities.

Elizabeth Lee

Elizabeth has over 20 years experience in the areas of corporate governance and company secretarial functions. Elizabeth has held company secretarial positions for CBHS Health Fund, Phosphate Resources Limited, Macmahon Holdings Limited, Corporate Compliance Partners and Lend Lease Primelife Limited. Elizabeth also performed contract company secretarial roles with Macquarie Bank Limited and Austock Group Limited and various other entities including not for profit organisations.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Business Law from Edith Cowan University, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance for ASX Listed Entities from Kaplan Financial Institute and is a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Donnalyne Johnson

Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Donnalyne Johnson is an experienced executive assistant and has achieved a Diploma in Accounting and Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Donnalyne has work experience across a range of industries, including industrial, real estate and financial services, and provides a high-quality bookkeeping and executive assistant service to clients of Athena corporate.

Lin Hong

Certified Practising Accountant (CPA)

Lin is a fully qualified CPA with a double Master of Finance and Accountancy. Lin is experienced in the preparation of management accounts, financial reporting and tax compliance.

Lin has over 15 years of practical finance experience performing a number of roles within public practice, tax consulting, business advisory, and more recently a commercial role as a finance manager to an IT solutions and services company.
